PhotoPack finds the same photo across RAW, JPEG and HEIC files, selects the best original, and packs it into a lossless archive. Its Rust engine and CLI handle the catalog and matching pipeline; a native macOS app provides the desktop interface. HEIC export offers a smaller library when compressed copies are useful.
